Nancy WalterWhat do you do at St. Paul’s?
I am the Director of Leadership Development. My primary role is to work with the 7 Strategic Task Force Groups to ensure each task force achieves its mission. Additionally, I’m focused on linking in how each mission brings us closer to Christ.

How big is your family?
I have three older brothers who are all married with children, two brothers live in Arizona and one in Florida. My mom also lives in Tucson, which is such a blessing. On March 10, 2012, I am getting married to Patrick Scott. I can’t wait to marry the love of my life!

What do you do for fun?
I love the outdoors and jump at the chance to cycle, hike, golf, etc. I also love to work out and regularly take spin and boot camp classes as well as lift weights. I love to watch the Arizona sunsets as they are so beautiful and make me feel especially close to God.

What’s your favorite kind of music?
I listen to all types of music with my two favorite types being soft rock and country.

Who are your favorite authors/books?
I love to read and particularly like John Grisham, Tony Hillerman and Pat Conroy. I love so many books and movies….I will share my favorite movie: The Sound of Music. I also loved the book The Trap Family Singers.

What do you get at Starbucks?
That is easy: Vente extra hot sugar free vanilla with 2 percent milk. Yes, 2 percent milk is my vice.
