Congregational Care Network

  • Telecare - Through this ministry, people make daily, caring phone calls to homebound persons who would benefit from a daily contact.

  • Parish Nursing - The Parish Nurses do blood pressure screening between services  (9:00-9:30 am and 10:30 - 11:00) on the third Sunday of each month in room C2.  They also provide educational programs, health counseling, referral and coordination of community resource, provide phone calls following hospitalization and provide home visits when needed.

  • Helping Hands - The Helping Hands ministry provides occasional rides for persons to necessary appointments and can run occasional errands for sick or homebound persons.

  • Friendly Visitors - Our Friendly Visitors are trained to visit elderly/shut-in persons or those who simply need a regular, friendly contact from the church.

  • Support Groups -  Prayer groups, cancer support group, mental health support group, and a grief support group make up the network of caring people who offer support for various life situations.
