Mothers Of Preschoolers

MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers)…Because Mothering Matters

MOPS seeks to meet the unique needs of Mothers of Preschoolers (all children ages 0-5) by providing a caring, supportive community that provides tools, information, food and fun in a casual come-as-you-are atmosphere. We at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church are excited to offer this ministry to our community of mothers!

MOPS International exists to encourage, equip and develop every mother of preschoolers to realize her potential as a woman, mother and leader in the name of Jesus Christ.

MOPS mission is based on the “The Six Needs of Mothers of Preschoolers” taken from the book What Every Mom Needs by Elisa Morgan and Carol Kuykendall.

Identity: I want to find “me” again

Growth: I want space to develop me

Relationship: I want someone to understand me

Help: I want some help!

Perspective: I want to stay focused on what matters

Hope: I want to find a deeper meaning to life

Does this sound like what you need? St. Paul’s MOPS group meets on the 1st and 3rd  Thursday of the month from 9:15-11:45 AM in the Life Center. Contact MOPS coordinator, Carol Savard for more information!
