St. Paul’s Nursery
At St. Paul’s United Methodist church we hope that you will consider our nursery your child’s home away from home. We continually update our nursery policies and procedures and provide ongoing training to our nursery employees to insure the highest quality care in our nursery. All nursery workers are over the age of 16 and have undergone a background check. Most nursery workers are CPR/First Aid certified. Two nursery workers are required to staff every shift. The nursery windows will never be covered with curtains so that at any time you can view how your child is adjusting to his/her new play space. We welcome your feedback on your child’s experience in the nursery.
Nursery care is available at all worship services and church activities (some activities require advanced notice of childcare needs). The nursery is designed for children ages birth – 3 years. At other times, when children’s programming is not available (8 AM on Sunday morning) children through the 5th grade are welcome. When older children are present in the nursery they will be comfortably separated from little children and supervised in room B2. Older children may prefer to bring a game, book or homework to help occupy their time.
